(CLRA), incorporated in 1973, is the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all unionized employers, employing unionized trades persons engaged in the commercial and industrial sector of the construction industry in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. That includes our Local Union outside construction members as they work for unionized signatory employers in the line construction business throughout the province.
